  2. S&N Partnership provide legal opinion and due diligence for payment and remittance company for their upgrade on the license category from category 3 into category 1 at Bank Indonesia.
  3. S&N Partnership represents a peer-to-peer lending and EPC company that acts as both a creditor to its borrowers and the main contractor in suspension of payment cases in various commercial district courts. It also undertakes leveraged buyouts during the PKPU process for a well-known male fashion brand in Indonesia.
  4. S&N Partnership represent a former CEO in a multinational payment and remittance company in his exit and settlement with the company.
