Andara Annisa

Biography.

Andara has more than 12 years of corporate and commercial experience gained in leading Jakarta law firms and the financial-technology sector. Before joining S&N Partnership as a Partner, she advised domestic and multinational clients on transactions and strategic legal matters.

She subsequently moved in-house at a prominent fintech group, progressing through senior legal roles and most recently serving as Deputy General Counsel. She oversaw legal matters for a peer-to-peer lending platform and a digital rural bank group, with responsibilities spanning regulatory engagement, corporate structuring and strategic transactions, including the acquisition of a Sharia Rural Bank.

Her practice covers mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, fundraising, corporate restructuring and general corporate compliance.
