S&N Partnership is responsible for personal data processed in connection with this website and enquiries submitted through it. This notice applies to website visitors, prospective clients and other people who contact the firm through the website.
Our handling of personal data is guided by applicable Indonesian law, including Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. Processing carried out in the course of an engagement may also be subject to professional, contractual and legal obligations that are not described in full here.
2. Personal data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- your name, company or organisation, work email address and optional telephone or WhatsApp number;
- the enquiry topic and information you choose to include in your message;
- our subsequent correspondence and records of how the enquiry is handled; and
- limited technical and security information, such as request time, IP address, browser type and server logs.
Please do not submit confidential, privileged, sensitive or time-critical information through the website form. If additional information is required, we will arrange an appropriate channel.
3. How we use personal data
We process personal data where appropriate to:
- receive, assess, route and respond to an enquiry;
- consider whether the firm can act, including conflict and compliance checks where appropriate;
- communicate about our services and manage professional or business relationships;
- operate, secure and improve the website and prevent spam, misuse or other harmful activity; and

If a service provider processes personal data outside Indonesia, we will take the steps required by applicable law to protect that data.
