Ray Stanley

Biography.

Ray is an aviation-focused legal professional with extensive experience advising on helicopter leasing, regulatory compliance and aviation-related projects. He has been directly involved in negotiating and reviewing aircraft lease agreements and in supporting high-profile operations, including helicopter procurement and deployment for offshore projects and national disaster-response work.

He previously served as Head of Legal at PT Indo Star Aviation and as Marketing & Legal Manager at PT Ita Tiara Astana, where he handled helicopter leasing arrangements for commercial and government projects, including collaborations with BNPB and major private-sector clients. This hands-on industry experience enables him to provide practical, commercially attuned legal advice in the aviation sector.
