She advises on governance matters, including the implementation of Good Corporate Governance and legal assessments relating to the Business Judgment Rule, particularly in engagements involving state-owned enterprises.

Her work also covers contract management, regulatory compliance and litigation support, including criminal reporting processes and coordination with investigators in dispute-related matters.
