Andara Annisa

Andara is a seasoned legal practitioner with over 12 years of experience in corporate and commercial practice, spanning both top-tier law firms in Jakarta and the financial technology industry. Prior to joining the firm as a Partner, she spent several years at leading Jakarta-based law firms, advising domestic and multinational clients on transactions and strategic legal matters.

She later transitioned in-house to a prominent fintech group, where she held progressively senior roles within the legal function and most recently served as Deputy General Counsel. In this capacity, she oversaw legal matters across a peer-to-peer lending platform and a digital rural bank group, and played a key role in regulatory engagement, corporate structuring, and strategic transactions, including the acquisition of a Sharia Rural Bank.

Andara advises clients on a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, fundraising, corporate restructuring, and general corporate compliance.
